EARLY-OUT SELF PAY FOLLOW UP SERVICES

Weber & Associates can manage all aspects of invoicing and account follow up. Services will include the expenses of creating new invoices, address correction services, postage and handling costs, management of insurance information, updating account details, payments processing and account adjustments. We become an extension of our client’s business office, creating collaborative relationships with the patients and enhancing the revenues of our clients.

DELINQUENT SELF-PAY RECOVERIES

All work by Weber and Associates in Newbury Park, CA is done strictly contingent upon recovery and there are never any upfront fees or set-up costs. We process all accounts within 48 hours of receipt and supply an electronic acknowledgment back to our client’s email. During the first 48 hours, each account is processed and accounts without prior insurance payments are checked against a national data base to find health insurance. We further check all national changes of address, deceased estate filings, bankruptcy and litigious debtor scrubs as well as a search of cell phone data bases to help put us on the right track.

 All our account representatives are trained with nationally recognized guidelines. All our letters are reviewed to make sure they meet all Federal and State regulations.

Because of the complexities inherent in healthcare, all our representatives are trained to review and understand our client’s notes better preparing them for contact with the former patient. 

 We integrate our proprietary letters with well-timed phone calls to encourage prompt resolution of the bill. All phone representatives’ calls are recorded and can be made available to clients for review. We also provide skip-tracing services for all accounts and asset checks for large balance accounts. 

 Weber and Associates will also provide and recommend legal services on a case-by-case basis. We will advance all court costs and attorney fees for our clients. All legal services are also strictly contingent upon recovery. No Recovery—No Fee.

Credit Reporting is managed by Weber & Associates. We typically delay the credit reporting to allow our representatives to offer another benefit for entering into a payment plan or paying the claim in full. We also do not report those accounts when additional insurance information is provided.
